Using this website.

This website is published by Romans Orthodontics, 3618 W. Anthem Way, Suite D-120, Anthem, AZ 85086. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Use it lawfully, do not try to break it or get into parts of it that are not public, and do not scrape or republish it as your own.

This site is not medical advice.

Everything here is general information about orthodontic treatment. It is not a diagnosis, it is not a treatment recommendation, and reading it does not make you a patient of the practice. Orthodontics depends on your own teeth, bite, jaw and growth, which cannot be assessed through a web page.

Do not delay care or ignore advice from a healthcare professional because of something you read on this site. If you have a dental emergency, call the office at (623) 320-1222. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

A request is not a confirmed appointment.

Submitting a form on this site, or booking through the online scheduler, is a request. It is not a confirmed appointment. Nothing is booked until someone from the office confirms the day and time with you directly. Times shown in any scheduler can change, and a request can arrive when the office is closed.

If you have not heard back and you want certainty, call or text (623) 320-1222. That is always faster than waiting.

No fees are quoted on this site.

This site publishes no prices. There are no fees, no monthly figures, no down payment amounts and no interest rates anywhere on it, and you should not infer one from anything you read here.

Any figure you are given is specific to one person's treatment plan, produced after Dr. Romans has examined that person, and it does not carry over to anyone else. Insurance coverage depends on your own plan, and in-house financing is arranged directly with the practice. If you go ahead with treatment, the signed treatment agreement and financial agreement control what you owe. Where anything on this site appears to conflict with what you signed, the signed agreement wins.

Our content belongs to the practice.

The text, layout, design, logo and photography on this site belong to Romans Orthodontics or to the people who licensed them to the practice, and they are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read the site, print a page for your own reference, and share a link to it. You may not copy it into another website, use the practice name or logo as your own, or use any of it commercially without written permission.

Product names belonging to other companies, including Invisalign, are the trademarks of their owners. Naming them describes what the practice offers and does not imply that they endorse the practice.

Links and embedded content from other companies.

This site links to and embeds material the practice does not control, including an embedded Google map, a driving directions link, and an online scheduler. Those services have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and the practice is not responsible for what they collect or how they behave. Following a link takes you off this site and out from under these terms.

The site is provided as it is.

The practice works to keep this site accurate and available, but it does not promise that every page is complete or current, or that the site is always online and free of errors. Pages get updated, and treatment information changes as the practice's clinical approach does.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Romans Orthodontics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, or from your inability to use it, including anything that follows from relying on general information published here rather than getting an examination. This section is about the website. It does not limit any responsibility the practice has to its patients for the care it provides, and it does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.
